Are nationals of ASEAN member countries (ie. Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste and Viet Nam)
Currently undertaking full-time education in educational institutions ( polytechnic, universities, etc.) and fresh graduates (at least 1 year after graduation) based in the 11 ASEAN countries.
Are youths aged 18 to 30 years old.
